DESCRIPTION:The Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) will be hosting 
 the 30th Annual Joseph C. Andrews Mentoring Celebration on Tuesday\, Februa
 ry 6th\, 2024\, at 8:00 a.m. in the Student Union\, Pegasus Ballroom. The U
 niversity of Central Florida’s Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA)
  is an organization representative of UCF’s goal to be more inclusive and
  diverse. The mission of BFSA is to promote an environment that fosters cul
 tural awareness and enrichment through mentoring\, professional networking\
 , and quality programming. The 30th Annual Joseph C. Andrews Mentoring Cele
 bration furthers this mission and is a recognition program that honors the 
 power of community at UCF\, highlights impactful Faculty\, Staff\, and awar
 ds student scholarships.\n\n\n\nThis year's theme is "Success is to be meas
 ured not so much by the position that one has reached in life\, as by the o

 shington\n\n\n\nThis year’s keynote speaker will be Terry Prather. Mr. Pr
 ather is a distinguished figure who currently serves as the Board Chair for
  Visit Orlando and the Chairman of the Board for Dr. Phillips Charities. Wi
 th over 29 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry\, Mr
