28th Annual Joseph C. Andrews Mentoring Celebration

The Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) cordially invites you attend the 28th Annual Joseph C. Andrews Mentoring Celebration on Monday, February 7, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. in the Student Union, Pegasus Ballroom. This recognition program honors the power of mentoring programs at UCF. Our theme this year is Community Excellence: “Not everybody can be famous, but everybody can be great because greatness is determined by service.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Mr. Gerald Hector. Hector is the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance at the University of Central Florida. Before joining higher education, he was the corporate controller for the United Negro College Fund, a public accountant with then Deloitte and Touche, an advocate for diversity and inclusion matters, and an author. Our campus will be transformed by Hector’s message of unlimited possibility through the power of education and mentoring.
